From increased strength, reduction in body fat, gaining confidence in joining the Large Group Classes or if you have a specific sports objective – Personal Training may be the option for you. Each new client will go through an initial assessment to chat out your goals, address any previous/current injuries, and complete a movement assessment to identify any movement dysfunctions to reduce chance of injury. From there, you coach will develop a training protocol and calendar to get you to where you want to be.
