If you’re looking to try something new to shake up your current fitness routine, this is your answer! This type of training allows us to see how you move, give you proper modifications for any movements that are beyond your ability or simply cause any discomfort, and give you more confidence in your abilities. We take care of the coaching, programming, motivating, and even your nutrition – all you have to do is show up and put in work!

As a Pre-Holiday Special, we are offering HALF OFF your first month of training AND we will add one extra session per week (3x instead of 2) for your entire membership duration bringing your per session price to only $38 per personal training session.

  • Included with the nutrition plan, you will receive 4 Customized Meal Plans ($75/plan value) as well as weekly body composition scans ($45/scan value)

Total monthly cost is $499 for training or $599 for training and nutrition

Month 1 is 50% off - $249 for training or $299 for training and nutrition

Training schedule is as follows:

Monday: 5pm and 6pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7:30am, and 9:30am
Friday: 5pm and 6pm
Saturday: 11:30am
