This year-round comprehensive program focuses on strength, conditioning, mobility, durability, body composition change, skill development, and more through a structured and semi-customized plan. With two 60-minute sessions per week, of 4 or less athletes, you will be able to crush your fitness goals safely, efficiently, and consistently under the watchful eye of one of our qualified coaches. While the training is performed in a group setting, your programming is adapted to every individual to suit your specific fitness and experience level. We will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and help you succeed from there!
2-Week Trial – $149
We’re so confident that you’ll love our Semi-Private Training, we wanted to give you the exclusive shot at trying it out with ZERO contractual commitment. Over the course of this trial you will get to experience a snap shot of our comprehensive, results-driven Semi-Private Program. You’ll get to see how our coaches instruct as well as meet some super cool clients that you’ll be training with. This program is a progressively structured routine focused on strength, metabolic conditioning, mobility/durability, body recomposition, and more! Upon conclusion of your trial, you’ll sit down with an Annex Coach and determine the best path forward for your goals, training preferences, and exercise history! If you decide to become a member before the end of your trial, your payment will apply to your first month of training.
